Get some: Pre-cooked & shredded chicken, covered in Smokey BBQ marinade. (my fridge is generally full of this) Liquid chicken stock Milk Sour cream Onion Garlic Tabasco Chilli powder Butter
Sauté onions and garlic until transparent. Pour in stock and milk - make up your own mind as to how much for how many people. I’d say it was approximately 1 cup of milk to 2 cups of stock. Add in Tabasco and chilli powder. Let it all simmer a bit, then add in chicken and sour cream. Stir the sour cream in till it melts.
Eat with celery sticks.
It tastes like buffalo wings, except in a soup. Radical!
